1. Is this product too strong, like too many ingredients and high in %?
No, this product is a perfect balance of ingredients and there dosage/ percentages used in the serum. This product is not too weak like consisting only 1 or 2 Active ingredients and also not too harsh by putting excessive percentage of ingredients. It is a perfect balance of number of ingredients and its dosage/ percentage in our serum.

2. Do I need any roller or any instrument to apply this serum?
You don’t need any roller or instrument to apply the serum, Use the dropper given to apply on the scalp, light massage if you like and that’s all. Just see that the serum is applied all over the scalp and specially areas where hair loss is prominent.

3. Will I lose hair after I start using this serum?
No, you will not face any such issue. Generally your hair loss will reduce in the prior days of application. There are no such ingredients in the serum due to which you will face hair loss.

4. Is it safe to use this serum daily?
Yes. It is highly recommended and you must use daily for faster results. This serum is highly researched and completely safe serum, which when used daily will start to show fantastic results. This serum does not contain any ingredient that can cause side-effects.

5. How to use? What’s the best time to apply?
Best time is before going to bed, see that your scalp is clean or get it washed preferably. Cleaner the scalp, better performance of the serum. Apply the Serum generously all over the scalp with the dropper provided. Especially on the areas where is hair fall is prominent or hair thinning is high. Massage lightly with your fingertips in circular motions. Wash hand after the massage. Please see that you apply the serum on your scalp only, applying on hair will not do any good nor bad. After massage leave it overnight. Wash hair with running water next day, a mild shampoo can be used if you wish.

6. Does it make Scalp/ hair oily or greasy?
Our Serum is oil free and thus Non greasy and non-oily, it will not make your Scalp/ hair greasy or oily.

7. Will I start losing hair if I stop using this serum?
The serum will not be harmful to discontinue, but we recommend continuous maintenance usage. This product improves the cycle of hair loss and hair fall which is natural for human beings. This product improves that cycle and improving the hair density. If you discontinue using the serum, it will not harm your hair or scalp, but your hair growth and Hair loss cycle may return to its normal way and you may start losing the wonderful progress you would have achieved of hair growth and stoppage of hair loss.

8. Should I keep the product in Refrigerator, or in normal room temperature?
Keeping the product in refrigerator is not required, but keep the product in a normally cool and dark place. It is always advised for beauty products to avoid direct sunlight so that to avoid any change due to heat.

9. Does the product contain any harmful ingredients like Paraben, Petrolatum or Pthalates?
No, Ubava hair serum does not contain any Parabens, Silicons, Ethoxylates, Mica, Petrolatum and or any of its by-products, Paraffins or any type of sulphates.


10. Can I use the serum on wet hair?
Yes you can use the Serum on wet hair, but see that your hair or scalp are not too wet, since it would dilute the serum. Use it on moist towel dry/ blow dry hair. See that the scalp is dripping wet. Moist scalp won’t be a problem. Applying the serum to moist scalp after shampooing & conditioning would be great and perfect time to apply. A clean scalp is basically what is required for the serum to work.

11. Is this product Unisex, Can it be used by men & women both?
Yes. This product is unisex and suitable for both men & women and the ingredients used are proven to reduce hair fall for both the genders.

12. Can this product be used for eyebrow growth and other areas where required?
Yes, this serum works on Eyebrow hair and other places where you had/ have hair. Regular use will result in denser, healthy hair.

13. What are the side effects?
There are no ingredient to induce any side effect in our hair serum. All Active ingredients are safe in our ubava hair growth serum. Our product does not contain Minoxidil, which has a long list of side effects.

14. Can I use your hair serum Post Hospitalization, since I am facing lot of hair fall?
Yes, you can use Ubava hair serum Post hospitalization.

15. Can this product be used after a hair weaving/ hair restoration/ hair transplant?
Yes, provided you don’t have any broken skin or your scalp or anywhere you will be applying this serum. Please take advise from your dermatologist or the surgeon who did the hair transplant/ hair weaving/ hair restoration.
