Frequently asked questions for UBÂVA® AWAG Face Serum Anti-Wrinkle Anti-Ageing Formulation:

1) How to use? What’s the best time to apply?
Ans: Use twice a day, once in the morning after bath and 1 hour before going to bed. See that your face is clean or get it washed preferably. Cleaner the face, better performance of the serum. Apply the Serum generously on the wrinkle/ Fine lines OR  all over the face (for getting evening skin texture all over the face) with the dropper provided. Massage lightly with your fingertips in circular motions. Wash hand after the massage. Wash face with running in the morning.

2) Can I use Ubava AWAG face serum with other face cream?
Ans: Yes you can use but first use the serum and then after at least 15 mins use your face cream. The serum needs to get absorbed and work before any other product is used. Please see that you dont use any other product which contains LLP, Paraffins, and petrolatum and its by products. If you have skin tone/ uneven skin tone issues, you can always use Ubava SB Face serum (skin brightening formulation) face serum and for acne you can use Ubava AA Face Serum (Anti-Acne Formulation).

3) Can I use Ubava AWAG Face Serum with Ubava SB face serum and Ubava AA Face Serum?
Ans: Yes you can use all the three serum one after the other.

4) Does the serum make Face/ skin oily or greasy?
Ans: Our Serum is oil free and thus Non greasy and non-oily, it will not make your Face/ skin greasy or oily. Our product is a bit watery and designed that way firstly for fast absorption and secondly can be used any time.

5) Should I keep the product in Refrigerator, or in normal room temperature?
Ans: Keeping the product in refrigerator is not required, but keep the product in a normally cool and dark place. It is always advised to keep our products away from  direct sunlight, so that to avoid any change due to heat.

6) Is this product Unisex, Can it be used by men & women both?
Ans: Yes. This product is unisex and suitable for both men & women.

7) Is the product 100% Vegan? Does the product contain animal parts/ animal by-products?
Ans: Product Contains some ingredients which are certified vegan but the whole product can't be said to be as 100% vegan product as it contains for example the preservative which is a safe chemical but not from vegetable source so cant be claimed as Vegan and so the whole product cannot be said as a 100% vegan product.
No, UBAVA products do not contain animal parts/ animal by-products or animal fats also. All UBAVA products are HALAL Complaint.
